Company Roster

The employees of McCullough & Associates are professional, experienced, and always seeking to best assist our customers.

Paul Granos-  President

Paul joined the company in 1981 and now serves as the current owner and President.  He covers the territory of Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and other key accounts.  Currently sales contact for major hardware/farm/home center accounts.

Renee Granos-  Vice President/Treasurer

Renee Joined the company in 2002 and has responsibility for accounting, employee benefits administration and company financials.

Steve Christiansen-  Office Manager

Steve joined our firm in 1983 and serves as our Office Manager. Steve handles our office operations.  Steve’s responsibilities include customer service, pricing, order entry, and inventory control of warehoused items.

McCullough & Associates

Barb Massee-  Administrative Assistant

Barb is our Administrative Assistant, handling all our incoming calls and data entry. She’s well versed on most computer software and is a great asset to all the salespeople with quotes and spreadsheet applications. Her background in the homebuilding industry has provided her with a great understanding of our industry. Barb joined our team in 2004.

Marty Christiansen - VP of Sales

Marty joined our staff in 2019. Marty brings over 25 years of experience in sales for both retail and wholesale channels of distribution. Marty has key account responsibility and provides direction and leadership for all sales associates.

Matt Walk – Field Service & Merchandising Coordinator

Matt joined the company in August of 2019. Matt has over 20 years of service and merchandising experience as a manufacturers’ representative and most recently as store manager in the hardware industry.  Matt will coordinate merchandising and service and assist in other agency activities .
